Pros

The biggest pro is that you have a lot of customer interactions, and you get to help them find sunglasses they love.

Cons

Some of the customers are super rude. Also, it's boring during the winter hours, not many people come looking unless it's for a vacation.

Free sunglasses... thats about it!

Cons

Management don't help, being focused to open up after just a week (2 days) of working there. Its boring, not enough people come in, no need for 3 people during the week but shouldn't be an alone job.

Pros

Sunglass Hut was a great learning experience for customer service and team building. One can learn a great deal about customer service and selling skills, and there's also potential for significant commission.

Cons

There was always bureaucratic tension between the Regional Manager and the stores, and I felt that communication was heavily influenced by hierarchy. I would have appreciated more open communication between all levels of employees in the company. The starting hourly wage is minimum wage, and increases happen extremely slowly.
