Pros
If you like people it is great, it also depends on the volume of the customers shopping. It is a good pay and benefits.
Cons
You can't engage with you colleagues too much because there is always a sense of competition the management creates. You get hours depending on your performance which is displayed through the commission you get. Store environment is very poor, but that depends on your management. Overall, the higher management doesn't give a crap about the associates although they are the ones that leaves impression on their customers.
