      commission can be great. co-workers are nice. Flexible time table.

      Cons

      The worst part comes from hours. The company has rules that part-time associate can only work up to 5 hours a day and 25 hours a week. Therefore, most people work 3-5 hours a day, depends on their performance. Working environment is extremely stressful as associates are pressured to make goals, otherwise they do not get any hours. Favouritism could occurred.

      Energetic environment! You'll probably shed a few pounds from how enthousiastic you have to act. Great employee benefits. You get a free pair of glasses too. If you work at a high traffic location commission is insane. Wearing all black

      High expectations in terms of sales Very taxing in terms of energy. You'll be mentally drained. Pressure from upper management to meet quotas Only wearing all black.
