There is clear direction from leadership and a strong focus on building a scalable, competitive business that can deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience over the long term. For professionals who enjoy shaping the future rather than inheriting the past, there is meaningful career acceleration here. The energy is forward-looking, with increased accountability, clarity, and momentum that appeals to people who want to build, influence, and grow.

Since the new CEO took over, the company introduced unnecessary layoffs. This completely goes against the values espoused by the previous leadership.
