      Pros

      Great team environment, Ability for advancement and growth on a personal and business level. Learning new equipment and strategies on how to help our customer over come obstacles.

      Cons

      Under old management there was no direction or support, since the change the game has been stepped up and resources are readily available.

      Pros

      Opportunities are available for those who are dedicated and put the work in to grow and develop. Positive culture with room to learn and advance. Flexible, hybrid work schedule. Weekly paychecks are a perk I never knew I needed!

      Cons

      If you are motivated and a focused self starter, you will thrive in this environment; leaders and execs do not hand-hold and expect you to pull your weight. This is a sales driven role.
