      Pros

      Competitive pay, bonus programs, covered parking garage! (in Phoenix - nice for those 110 degree summers), match for health savings account, good 401k match, good teamwork in my department. I enjoy what I do!

      Cons

      No major cons. Some growing pains as the company expands & there are process efficiencies at times but management is good about identifying roadblocks and open to suggestions to improve.
