      Pros

      I’ve worked at companies that talk the talk when it comes to values, but Sunstate walks the walk. How do you have the lowest turnover in the industry without forcing employees to sign non competes? CULTURE! Employees are highly invested in, supported, and empowered to do what it talked to take care of the customer. The core values are aligned with the company goal of providing the best service in the industry. No penny is saved when it comes to investing in employees, developing their careers, and making sure they have the tools and support to grow both market share and their own careers. Joining the Sunstate family is the best career decision I’ve made.

      Pros

      You are Family at Sunstate. You feel like they want you there, and listen to you. They promote within with many opportunities. It's up to you to show management how dedicated you are. Many long time employees started as drivers or in the yard.
