Multiple time zones mean you can set your own hours for the most part; great holiday hours; good pay.

Cons

Management doesn't respect anyone who's below them, especially contractors, so they’re fake-nice/rude in meetings. Then, contractors are left out of conversations they really need to be included in. They make promises they can’t keep months later. Changes happen with no real strategy behind them other than "because AI!" Three different companies were rolled into one, and now all the departments are working separately, doing the same jobs and not communicating, instead of collaborating for a more streamlined system. Overall, it's a mess.
