Pros
1. Decent pay 2. A product that is useful every day. 3. Good colleagues across NA and Europe. In my experience working on cross-functional projects, the teams really support each other and raise the bar. 4. Remote first hybrid. They've got the model right, and more companies should follow. However, if you are senior, there will be some implicit peer pressure to come into the office, or you'll miss out while the others are warming up to execs.
Cons
1. Has become very top-down in the past year 2. The layoffs were aggressive. They didn't try to find a place for good talent; they just made sweeping cuts of good and poor performers. 3. The Head of Product was promoted to CEO after not delivering in a product leadership role. This was the most confusing promotion ever. 4. Promotions at certain levels were almost non-existent.
