It used to be a fun place to work with nice people, but now it's mostly toxic.

Cons

I used to love working here, but the past year has been a mess. Leadership has no clear vision, the culture is an absolute shambles and everyone with talent has left or is quickly leaving. ChatGPT destroyed Grammarly's market, and we still have little idea of our direction. Lots of new leaders, little new ideas.
