Pros

Pay is above average with good benefits and sales are growing like crazy. There are some new products being introduced-- mainly the same version of the competition's products. They leave treats out in the break room every once-in-a-while.

Cons

CEO thinks that he's Steve Jobs (moody and he yells a lot). CTO is a back-stabbing fellow who has the CEOs ear so forget about this company if you're not a software engineer or a sales/marketing person. Upper management understands NOTHING about project management, new product introduction, operations, finance or supply chain so they don't value those departments/individuals at all.

Absolutely none, once an a while they give you food from a vending machine!

Cons

Calling the CEO a back-stabbing weasel is an insult to weasels, so insert whatever descriptor you want here. It’s a collection of the worst management that could be possibly assembled.

Pros

My hours are flexible so I can work around my kids school and daycare schedules. I got an annual bonus for exceeding my target Most of the customers I deal with are nice, positive, and pleasant to talk with on the phone. It is a small group of friendly people that I have become good friends with. There are good opportunities for advancement and I am close to a promotion already. Good benefits

Cons

We all work long hours and have a very fast paced work schedule. Everyone helps each other out but it can get hectic sometimes.
