has been in the industry for a long time and the brand is well known to clients, there are free snacks some times....

Cons

Many pockets of poor leadership and lack of accountability exist and the organization structure was very confusing and the top management team doesn't respect employees.. lots of political incorrect....

Pros

The best products in the industry. Lots of energy in the company. Tremendous opportunity for success and growth.

Cons

Some of the departments have not hired enough people to keep up with the growth. I would have given culture a higher score but the company is in the middle of some changes that appear to be very positive and improving the company.

Pros

Management rewards good employees. There's been some positive changes over the last year and they really care about making the place better.

Cons

Really high expectations. Some people didn't want to work so they quit or got canned. I heard they tried to come back and got mad when they were not rehired. A couple long time people who were good were burned out and left, that was too bad.
