Petty, vindictive, and incompetent management

None, zero, it's a dead end, black hole, don't work here

Cons

Too many to list. But, it all starts with the CEO and rolls downhill. If you work here you will be constantly under the threat of being fired with no warning or explanation. The office is never cleaned, so it's dirty and filled with broken, outdated furniture. It's like working in an office in the 70's

Pros

Lots of changes over the last year and this will probably continue. Lots of employees let go for various reasons. Some of them were definitely needed while others I don't know one way or the other. A cultural change and shake up is happening. The cultural change was needed and it is a better place to work now.

Cons

Same as pros really. Change is coming fast and it can be unsettling.
