There are absolutely no pros to mention.

Cons

This is the most horrific, abusive, out of control work environment I have ever experienced. The CEO is a loud mouthed, arrogant, obnoxious, rude, horrific person. He is hated by the majority of the company and makes life miserable for most people. I have never seen so many people quit or get fired on a weekly basis in my life. This is not a work environment. This is a nightmare. How a company like this can legally exist in this day and age is mind boggling. STAY FAR AWAY!

Pros

You get your pay check, holidays and weekends. Pay range is so-so and the benefits are subpar with no 401K matching. If you have more options go someplace else. I was not planning to write a review but I could not refrain myself from doing this after seeing some reviews trying to put a rosy picture of this company.

Cons

This is a two-men show company. We have a moody and loud CEO that thinks he is the greatest leader and marketing guru; he can hire and fire you in the spot. Then we have the CTO who has the CEO's ear, so basically this guy is calling the shoots; the CTO is also very moody and has no planning or systems skills so he is changing our priorities often. This is a very secretive company with no clear direction. If you want to survive here you have to be a yes-man, a good boot licker and work long hours even you don't accomplish anything.

None, I can't think of one positive thing to say. Sad, but true.

Cons

I can only reiterate what all the "real" reviews have already said. The CEO is a monster and if you work in San Diego office, you will be subjected to his abuse. The benefits are terrible and the products they sell are woefully outdated.
