Don't be fooled!

Pros

Most everyone is extremely hardworking but acknowledgments only happen if you are part of the very small upper mngt inner circle.

Cons

Upper mngt (two people in particular) belittle and talk down to just about everyone which has created a very high turnover of employees. A lot of great talent has been lost as a result. The screaming and yelling is also a huge turnoff.

Pros

There is lots of parking.

Cons

Sales reps don't get leads, contact lists, marketing support or any other tools for success, but get 100% of the blame if they don't succeed. The senior leader at the very top is loud, unprofessional, foul-mouthed. He thinks he is intimidating but he's actually a buffoon. He yells and curses like a giant toddler, and people cringe to his face, but laugh at him behind his back while they quietly apply for jobs with other companies. Two top people have left in less than eight months and at least that many are halfway out the door, mainly because the CEO is clown shoes.

Pros

Interesting products even though aging in design. The market for the product has good potential.

Cons

The senior executives are seriously lacking in professional management. The CEO is verbally abusive and prides himself in firing employees. Nearly all senior management turns over frequently either due to termination or can no longer take the abuse. The CTO is knowledgeable in s/w development but has managed to take control of nearly all operation activities that he is not qualified to run. He has taking these functions over by manipution of the CEO and deliberately working against supporting functions. As a result, many valuable and long term employees have left.
