Pros

Some of my peers I worked alongside with are the best I've met in my career. Extremely nice and willing to help one another and always enjoyed the chances when we got together as a group. The job itself is pretty interesting, challenging, and allows you to develop relationships while in the territory. I enjoyed what I did, which was the real reason I kept trying to stick it out. Compensation is fairly good and great if you have attainable quotas.

Cons

The leadership of the company especially in the sales department is extremely lacking. The Chief Revenue Officer, believes that only older individuals can do this job and looks down on the younger ones. He also tries to constantly surround himself with more yes men and if he had his way he would clone himself to be the Territory Manager in each region. You also have to constantly field complaints about lead times and customer service complaints, which takes away from your ability to sell. Management basically just constantly asks for status updates and when deals are going to close.

Pros

Good pay and adjustments when profitable. Good benefits – but not 100% coverage. Well run company – lots of changes. Great Executive Team – but stretched. Great products – especially new ones – very exciting. Exciting roadmap and business plan. Work life balance is good. Very stable. Positive culture and environment Comfortable, well designed office space Good resources High expectations – if you have a good team

Cons

1) change can be hard to navigate 2) external communications can be slow 3) marketing is weak and the products and benefits are not known by end-customers 4) "self-service" culture – but this is a positive too 5) can be long hours 6) high expectations - if you have a weak team

Pros

SupplyPro is one of the best companies I have worked for. There are some great people that work here. Very nice persons. The offices are very nice and professional. The benefits are good. The managers are very professional and respectful. The President and heads of technology and sales are very busy, but very good at doing a tough job. The management works incredibly hard and very long hours.

Cons

The changes are a lot to keep up with and some people get lost – some hide out - but others stand out. Some of the people who have left the company are unprofessional. They wanted to get away with not working or did not want to do their job or they did a bad job so they are looking at someone to blame. They should blame themselves. You must be self sufficient to do well here – make sure people know that before they come to work here.
