Good for People with Certain Situations

Pros

-Work from home lifestyle which means I could have one computer with my work stuff and another laptop on the side doing my math homework all the while eating a donut -Job is really simple

Cons

-The software tools are so clunky at times -Pay isn't competitive

Pros

WFH Advancement opportunities high up in company even as WFH Likes to promote from within Pretty good benefits People who work there are mostly good to work with Most bosses are friendly and helpful Company has been around a long time and is stable

Cons

Pay could be better but couldn't it always? WFH has its negatives as well, like truly feeling like you know a coworker or superior It's not for everyone, call centers aren't in general though

We agree that our pay is not the highest, and we have recently begun a new incentive plan that is geared towards individual achievement.
