Pros

The company is a large organization, but you still get the 1 on 1 family based feel from ownership you can talk to CEO at any time and he and the team CARE this is hard to find companies that care about longevity and retention. They do try to help everyone the job may not be a fit for those who are not self directors or go getters you have to get up and be willing to see the patients , build relationships with the bldgs and care this is something we cant teach you either get the model and concept or you dont. The offer things many contract roles would not like PTO and even ability to get benefits !

Cons

Its contract based so you have to build and maintain your loads its none really on most of our ends . easy when you go and enjoy what you do but for those looking for more of a set guarantee salary role this is a bit different money is there you have to be willing to go out and do the work and the reward is there one of the best caring places to work with

Pros

Supportive Care is an exceptional company that values its empolyees and fosters a supportive work enviroment. I have had the pleasure of working for this company, and its has been an amazing experience. One of the standout qualitites of Supportive Care is its commitment to providing employees with autonomy and freedom, without micromanagement. The upper management is attentive and receptive, actively listening to and valuing the ideas and thoughts of their team members. This open and collaborative approach creates a positive and empowering work culture. I am grateful to be a part of such forward-thinking and supportive organization.
