Pros

Good work life balance with two day work from home policy. Job security is fairly high as layoffs are rare and business is extremely stable. Free Friday lunches. Bonuses are secure and usually paid at least at 100% target, though that could be changing.

Cons

Career growth is starting to be limited as the company matures and fails to diversify into other businesses such as their much pushed Clinical Interoperability. Those rare few who do get promoted have nothing to justify their promotions other than relationships with upper management or capitalizing on caos. Corporate politics and territorial nature is the worst I've seen for such as small/medium sized business. Future employees should take into consideration that they will have to pay for their own daily parking, promotions and raises will be hard to come by, and there is no equity upside potential when negotiating salary. Overall, given the main business is peaking and the highly political nature, this is not the company to join if you are looking for career growth. This is for those who want a stable job with some flexibility such as working from home.

Pros

Competitive Salary, Good Benefits, Friendly Staff, Nice work enviornment overall. Growth is possible but you must hurry since the company is starting to become stagnant. It will likely revive itself due to the industry.

Cons

Salary cap for current employees prevent motivation for upward movement. Even if you take on more responsibility your salary will not increase to the appropriate amount consistent with new title and additional work load. Ensure that you ask for the salary you expect to make over the next 5 years because it will be a long journey of discussion and negotion. This rule can only be broken if your manager demands a competitive increase to bring your salary up to the same rate as your collegues considering you are doing the same work. Someone previously left a review about HR and they were spot on. The dynamics of the organization has changed as the face of HR changed. This is a department that needs a significant face life. Company morale continues to rapidly decrease due to current HR interaction and decision making. Cross departmental communication is not encouraged. You get the sense that they are trying to hide information. It is a very political enviornment so you will have to get to know who's who.
