Pros

Christmas time with ornaments . That’ all.

Cons

Lack of communication. You will feel stress out from opening to closing. . Totally disorganized company with unrealistic goals. Lack of products to sale in the outlet. The job is pretty boring. You will do the same things on and on on a daily basis. No room for growth there.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work but is going through so much change that has impacted this negatively.

Cons

Global is tearing apart the regions and letting go of all the qualified people. No longer feels like a close family.

Pros

Discount, traveling, meetings, culture and products.

Cons

New* (2018-) upper management is very cold and doesn't value good employees. It use to feel like a family environment where we had close connections with our customers and then turned into a get them in and get to the next person. They use to foster a climate of positivity and now they choose to manage their employees by fear.
