Pros

solid product offer, expansive distribution, nice offices, ok benefits, some solid leaders, kind and helpful junior team members, strong back of house support from Cranston.

Cons

budgets change constantly, some senior leaders are toxic and without integrity, amount of reinvestment in business diminishing, quality of product diminishing, salaries mostly on low end, international executive leadership frequently undermining each other and infighting

I loved working there for the people I had worked there so long with however due to the company changing everyone was leaving so it was not the same

Company doesn’t care about there employees - used to be amazing company not anymore
