CEO is awesome! Company work culture is great. Work is challenging but can be rewarding

Cons

I noticed that the structure is top-heavy, with instances of nepotism and strong egos among the leadership. Also the level of organization isn't as high as one would expect from a large general contractor.

Horrible middle and upper managment, Big egos, Anger issues, not team players. They talk the talk but not walk the walk. they do not follow company core values that they talk about.
