Pros

Overall it's an good company, layback. Good benefits and vacation package. They have good intentions to do the right thing.

Cons

Too old fashioned. A little bit 'cliquey'. Some nepotism. Slow promotion. Very vertical.

Pros

Employee owned and top notch builder. They really try to do the right thing when it comes to their projects.

Cons

Not much opportunity for growth. Management was very hesitate to advance marketing and the brand. Budgets were often a battle.

Pros

A mature well run organization where anyone regardless of job title is able to have their thoughts and concerns addressed in the overall company effort of continual improvement. The gossip level is at an absolute minimum by choice - people do not speak bad of each other just to make conversation - extremely professional.

Cons

The company is in the construction field and so can be influenced by the overal economy. For the core work of the company the employees have great career growth potentional - for those not in core positions the opportunites are much less so.
