Flexibility of work, easy to use app, fast onboarding

Cons

Not enough assignments, support is minimal (they take awhile to respond and there's no phone number to call if you want to talk to a real person, they only offer support via email or an online chat), pay for some assignments is way too low! I like how other agencies have a set full day/half day rate. They expect you to work 7-8 days a month. With the low rates and lack of assignments, this is frustrating.

Cons

Not enough assignments available, and with only few job offerings one bad feedback can take you off the 'priority' list, and then you cannot increase your sub rating to get jobs again. Also, there is little ability to communicate with staff. Other staffing agencies pay more as well.

Pros

Employees are incredible, everyone is kind and hardworking and truly believe in the work they do, Swing hires incredible people. It's a shame they take them for granted and treat them poorly. I loved most of my time, but once layoffs started slowly but surely and the company got more desperate to reach profitability, it all went downhill.

Cons

Management is not it. All they care about is profit (fair, but this is a human-driven business - care about humans too). This creates a culture of fear and where new ideas are shut down.
