      payed weekly. that is it.

      Cons

      Swing makes its money by contracting with the most in need of subs school districts. So you have to deal with more behavior issues, poor to non existent staff support etc. plus you are subject to a review/feedback system by the same staff. Its a set up for failure. Pay is about the same as working for the school system directly.

We contract with private, public and charter schools, and you always have the opportunity to change the schools you're linked to or to not accept assignments at schools you don't like. Our feedback system goes both ways. Schools can give feedback on substitutes and substitutes can give feedback on schools.       Flexibility with assignments provided on daily basis on the app

      Cons

      Submitting the timesheet was cumbersome and when I didn't get best feedback I always get vague emails without areas of improvement.

      Pros

      The job is not hard, and you can create you're own schedule.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough and not enough jobs. There should be no jobs less than $25 an hour listed. The schools we sub in are scary with tough students.
