Good experience, pay and title for someone trying to break into the education field. Always great to guide the few motivated teachers and try to help kids

Cons

Very little opportunities outside of the center level management. Extremely sales based, to the point of being unethical and signing up families to programs that you are confident that will NOT work just to hit a budget/quota. Way too political, senior district management was terrible, and an out of touch corporate office.
