Each location is more or less independently owned so locations close to each other may be totally different environments. Do your research and ask lots of questions. What is a wonderful place to work is a living nightmare of unrealistic cost consciousness, ethical dilemmas, and ridiculous hours. You will work very long and odd hours, including weekends. Assume 6 days a week. The job very much doesn't need you to have your doctorate, undergrads can easily do this.
