Pros

AWESOME system that works Great name recognition Deservedly well respected Incredible upper management that "gets it" and is very forward thinking A machine like system for generating student next steps that really does what it promises

Cons

Each location is more or less independently owned so locations close to each other may be totally different environments. Do your research and ask lots of questions. What is a wonderful place to work is a living nightmare of unrealistic cost consciousness, ethical dilemmas, and ridiculous hours. A machine like system for generating student next steps for students is a double edged sword You may be "encouraged" by the store director to "ensure" a students success when it comes to the testing that decides rebates are given. You will work very long and odd hours, including weekends. Assume 6 days a week. The job very much doesn't need you to have your doctorate, undergrads can easily do this. They may liken it to still being a principal but it is far from it. It is a repetitive grind of going through notebooks, making checks here and there, and having to sell things.

Pros

Programme works so well and it is truly rewarding to watch children overcome their educational challenges. The hours are flexible. The salary matched the classroom and the benefit package was the same as the school board.

Cons

I had to work weekends. I found it difficult to put a price on education. However, I can't work for free, nor can everyone else but still I'm not accustomed to that notion.
