Management is great! Jill Krueger, CEO, is a great leader and has a great team working for her. Would 100% recommend working for Symbria!

Pros

The team environment - we have a great work environment and managers/directors truly care about the wellbeing of the team! The overall goal is to ensure teams feel valued, supported, and heard each time they walk into our front doors. There is no "corporate" feel. Everyone works together to get the job done. The CEO, VPs, Directors, and Managers all roll up their sleeves to ensure their teams have the support they need. Our customers are the best! Symbria aims to hold partnership relationships with our communities, making the end goal to work in tandem with our communities. The communities do not see us as just another vendor; they work side by side with us to ensure their residents receive the absolute best care possible. HR teams are supportive and approachable. The HR Generalists are there to help all team members wherever they can. Symbria truly aims to help people grow and support employees on their career paths. If you put the work in, show you are motivated/driven, show you are coachable, and demonstrate your abilities, your leadership team will support your growth within the company.
