The company is growing and expanding rapidly and it opens a lot of opportunities for good employees. The office beautiful and in a great location.

Cons

Layers of approval are needed to get anything done. Hire people you trust and let them work.

Pros

As a "younger" company, they truly have their priorities right. They truly care about the employees, make every effort to make sure job satisfaction is at its highest level and the flexibility of having 6 facilities locally to assist for PTO and high caseloads is a plus. Another nice thing is that this company is Employee Owned (ESOP) and you are fully vested in 7 years.

Cons

Human Resources department is average at best. They are slow to respond and hard to reach.
