Higher pay than I had been making

Cons

Management only cared about dollar signs and productivity. Only one evaluating therapist at a facility means that you were always going to be behind if you didn’t work for free

Symbria is a fantastic company to work for. There are endless team members who work to support one another while we focus on growth within the market. The company listens to their employees and works to ensure each team is fully supported. I have been beyond happy with my choice to transition to Symbria. My leaders are amazing and supportive; they work to challenge your growth while ensuring you have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Cons

Our company has multiple facets in healthcare and I have not been able to work with the health and wellness teams. I look forward to learning more about their teams as I continue to learn more about this great company.
