Pros

Employee owned so it can't be sold, reasonable productivity standards, nice buildings

Cons

Not many sites with a large travel area, mandatory travel if you are short hours otherwise you must use PTO

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that traveling to other buildings can be inconvenient and tiring and we try to minimize it. We expect census to grow in our client buildings as COVID-19 recedes, which will increase the number of hours available in your regular worksite.
