Ever Changing and Challenging Environment

Pros

Challenging environment which helps employees to be creative and use critical thinking skills to problem solve. Every day is different which makes every day a little more exciting and less monotonous. I think this is a great learning environment and helps employees to grow professionally. Employees are very helpful and team based environment.

Cons

Management and leaders tend to be busy and sometimes difficult to meet with, but always willing to make time regardless.
