Full time employees are eligible for benefits and CE reimbursement, and PRN/part-time employees have limited benefits.       Pros

      As a "younger" company, they truly have their priorities right. They truly care about the employees, make every effort to make sure job satisfaction is at its highest level and the flexibility of having 6 facilities locally to assist for PTO and high caseloads is a plus. Another nice thing is that this company is Employee Owned (ESOP) and you are fully vested in 7 years.

      Cons

      Human Resources department is average at best. They are slow to respond and hard to reach.
