Pros

Skilled and professional team members: COTA, SLP and PT.

Cons

Unprofessional immediate management. Facility management has not prepared staff for necessary billing and document changes initiated by Medicare's and insurances' reimbursement for therapy in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Company productivity standards have become unrealistic - forcing a clinician to work off the clock, otherwise face the punishment of being "written up."
