Because our client communities provide services to their residents on weekends and holidays, our Therapy, Pharmacy and Well-Being staff must also be available. Because our client communities provide services to their residents on weekends and holidays, our Therapy, Pharmacy and Well-Being staff must also be available. We're committed to providing realistic information on the requirements of our jobs during interviews, and hope you experienced that. We benchmark our jobs using external market data and we are committed to paying competitively. We do budget for increases but weren't able to do that this past year; we did provide hero pay bonuses.
