Pros

2 pizza parties during Covid-19 to show how much they appreciated us. Competitive hourly pay if you negotiate for it.

Cons

Productivity over employees mentality The facility bought therapy equipment for rehab department because Symbria wouldn’t. Always recycle MedB patients whether they wanted therapy or not. You get a full 8 hour schedule your first day without training.

Cons

Weird pay schedule. Kind of crappy mid grade health insurance
