Pros

If you work in the offices you can bring your dog to work. The production crew are genuinely kind, hard working people.

Cons

The CEO seems to only care about himself and his ability to buy himself nice toys. He has on multiple occasions verbally abused his staff in episodes I can only describe as borderline psychotic. When I worked there the ceo was unwilling to acquire the equipment the production staff needed to do their jobs efficiently or effectively. He did however make a half-baked attempt to automate the packing process but it only caused more hang ups.

Easy work as long as you have common sense. Good work hours and days. Pto days. Anyone can work here are its mostly pass throughs like temps.

Cons

Fake positive Glassdoor reviews to washout the MANY REAL negative ones. pay is low and worse since move was announced. Newly hired NC employees that show up are paid batter, treated better and get more instead of the ones that have helped build the company to what what it is now. Turn is insanely high. Management is EVERY department are just wrong and have contributed to synergy falling apart when it comes to employee wellbeing and treatment. Management take the credit for the work that the actual workers have accomplished (sales-shipping) The list goes on.....STAY AWAY !
