Some decent friendly people and company paid outings

Owner has huge ego and poor grip on reality, but he is a Trump supporter so what can you expect. No respect for employees in reality, but talks a great game. No real respect for customers or vendors and little understanding how they drive the business. If owner doesn't like the answers he gets, he requests numerous other opinions until he gets what he wants
