      Absolutely love the Culture, and Co- workers are like family. Truly enjoy coming to work everyday, with my dog I might add, yes employees allowed to bring their pets! Great Company , with its challenges like any other Company looking to grow and compete..My position works closely with the CEO and I can say first hand he is an Honest, intelligent, and caring Owner who goes over and above for his employees..

      Cons

      Please don't go by one lone negative review by "former Emplyee" there's probably a good reason they are former... It amazes me when those who can't make it take things out on the former company rather than look in the mirror and do some soul searching...

      Pros

      SynergyLabs makes grooming pet products, simple right? You would think so. However, there is so much that goes in making a great pet product that impacts not just the pet but also the owner. I'm so grateful to work with a company that takes this seriously. Every single employee plays a part so everybody gets the chance to make a difference between OK product to the best pet product in the market.

      Cons

      This is not really a con but compensation and benefits are always being improved on. It's nice to know upper management listens to it's employees.
