Pros

Synergy Is a great place to work for employees that are honest about their capabilities, team players, willing to work hard, and dedicated to getting the job done. The CEO is passionate and successful. He is at the backend of his career and starting to enjoy the finer things in life he worked 20+ years to gain. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate but he has zero tolerance for incompetence, finger pointing, excuses, dishonesty and candidates that overstate their qualifications. Due to this, HR reacts swiftly to replace bad hires. This a pro and not a con. To recognize poor performance early on and eliminate individuals from the team to make room for new qualified talent is imperative to continue growing. None of these reviews discuss the companies growth and successes in the last few years. That didn’t happen by mistake. It’s the very ppl these bashing reviews are speaking of that have worked hard, been committed to the company goals, and achieved growth and success. If you are a person willing to give 150%, you are honest and work with integrity, take accountability when you make an error instead of try to hide it or lie about it... you will be just fine and excel in our environment. In 7.5 years, I have made mistakes and been accountable for them. I have grown, my teammates have grown, the company has grown and the CEO has grown. It’s an exciting train to be on!

Cons

Trusting brand new employees in key management positions BEFORE they have been adequately trained or proven themselves. The result is high turnover when it is revealed these employees lack urgency, follow thru, or the necessary skill set required for the position.
