      poor execution of offerings weak leadership - why would the Board hire a CRO who reports to them directly and not to the CEO? think about it. Someone had the brilliant idea of saving the money to pay channels and ramping up advertising and email campaigns - the funnel evaporated and prospecting/customer emails went to spam

      Once a Thriving Environment, Now a Shadow of Itself: A Tale of Dismay and Disconnection in the Finance Department

      Benefits are good: Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K + match / HSA /FSA

      Cons

      Leadership Void, Communication Breakdown, High Turnover, Lack of Appreciation The Finance and Accounting deportment fundamentally changed in the last year for the worse. Communication is non-existent, turnover is rampant, it is no longer an encouraging, learning, succeeding environment it was, if is very much the opposite.
