Pros

You are given every opportunity to advance and grow with the company. Doug and Larry make sure to be involved with every employee in every office at some point or another. It is not often in corporate America when the owners help you succeed. They care about their employees and most important, the clients.

Cons

I have worked here for quite a bit of time and have had many hats, do your job and you will be WELL taken care of from Larry down to the sales reps.

Working at System Pavers is truly been eye opening. I've worked for companies that I always seemed to be a number not a person. The one thing I like is that you're trained to do the job. You have flexible hours -(work your 8 hours and do you work go home on time) I believe that this is a company that will do whatever is necessary to make you succeed. The enviorment throughout the company is very friendly, welcoming, and everyone has the best interest of the company. Each department is different but Ive been working directly with each department. Everyone has been kind and informative to any question I may have. They also have a onsite state of the art Gym with a personal trainer!!! Great benefits! Great People!

Cons

Not really a "con" but the company is growing and is updating and improving systems and processes all the time.
