      Pros

      I'm truly grateful to be part of the System Pavers family. I joined the company a couple of years ago and have to say it's the most fulfilling job ever. The marketing management gets a A+ for their vision, organization and creativity. From the top down they support growth and even offer leadership training. The company gym plus trainer is just a bonus. Yes we work hard and fast but that's what makes this department so successful. The morale is always good and the department is lead by someone who understands marketing, is very smart and is a people person. Yes she can be tough sometimes. We cross train with many responsibilities so it keeps everyone challenged. Credit is always given when deserved. Love the new building and lounge kitchen. Ping pong anyone?

      Very fast paced ...lots of deadlines. Sometimes the workload is heavy.

      Pros

      Working at System Pavers was truly a blessing and had given me countless opportunities to grow personally and professionally through seminars and leadership courses. The culture of the company is truly a reflection from the top. Both of the owners have easygoing personalities while still being extremely hardworking and inspiring. Egos in management are few and far between at System Pavers. Everyone is extremely friendly and humble, no matter the title. From corporate to the branch level, they really have the science down on what it means to be a team. Unlike some corporate jobs I've held, System Pavers doesn't treat you like a number; you feel valued and you can see the direct impact your work has on the company. A couple things I miss about working at System Pavers: The leadership training classes, bootcamp workouts at the gym, ping pong with co-workers and company outings.

      Cons

      The work load can be a bit hectic during the busy season, but it's only an indicator of a healthy company.

      Do not work for corporate

      Pros

      Some of the people you meet are genuinely very nice people. They also offer a gym.

      Cons

      The entire corporate office feels like you took a time machine back to high school. A lot of bullying, back stabbing, and a great deal of favoritism that happens in those walls. The marketing department acts as the ruler of all departments and creates a very hostile environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
