      I have been a Sales representative for 9 years. Uncapped earning potential, 6 figures. Great product, great people, great incentives. System Pavers has given me the opportunity to show them what I'm made of, and it's payed. how much money do you want to make? It's up to you!! You will get out what you put in. System Pavers wants CLOSERS!! If your not, please move on to a easy job.

      Cons

      Lots of driving. But you are well compensated for your vehicle and gas. The copy machine is always in use, gotta wait your turn.

      The Core Values, vision and work-life balance are unmatched by any other company I've ever worked for. Growth opportunities are abundant if your desire is there. The work here is definitely challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      We need more "A" players to compensate and keep up with our growth!!! There are no "easy" jobs here...

      Great opportunity for advancement, I've held 5 different positions throughout my career here. SP provides great stability for employees who want to start a family or buy a home. Unlimited opportunities.

      Cons

      If there is a con, I'd say come to work and prepare to be challenged. If you don't want to be challenged on a daily basis, look elsewhere.
