      Pros

      - Cool people to work with - Fun interaction with clients - Construction crews are professional - Fully licensed/insured (for yours and the clients piece of mind) - Great sales training

      Cons

      - it felt like the only people making money where at the top - it felt like you were getting nickel and dimed to death

      Pros

      Reasonable benefits and flexible work hours when needed. Clean and fresh work environment where they try very hard to set you up with what you need for success and there really never a dull moment. Most of the employees have a very positive and warm attitude and there is a lot banter.

      Cons

      There is a clear and solid groove that has been established (not necessarily a con but can be a bit draining creatively). There is no squat rack in the gym.
