Pros

For many years you were allowed to own your business and come up with many of your own ideas to help your book business. The environment was very positive from the leadership teams all the way down to local management

Cons

It would depend on who your manager was. Some managers would micro manage while some wouldn't. Managers needed more training on managing direct reports.
