Pros

Great Pay, decent hours. Perfect part time job if your are good with people.

Cons

Terrible hours for managers, "upper management" is a joke with favoritism and backstabbing a common practice. If you are not in the "click" you are pretty much on your own. Commission sales makes good people make bad decisions.
