Too many layers of management structure

Things have a changed a lot in the past few years, I one time felt that the company was on the right track and truly believed in it's values and backed that up with it's actions, no though there is very little follow through with what is talked about. I hear the same things over and over yet there is no follow through on anything and no accountability at any level other than the associate level Managers are required to hold associates accountable but there is very little accountability for managers. Also there is no room for growth. I know people that have worked for the company 10 plus years and have been in the same position, not because they are bad at there job but because there is no where for them to go. The website says it all, most companies have there recruiting section of their website labeled as "careers" T-Mobile labels their as "Jobs" enough said.
