Pros

T-Mobile is an amazing company to work for when it comes to benefits and DE&I. The pay is competitive and under the right leadership, it can be a great place to work.

Cons

T-Life utilization is a must and can make a break your commission check. It is very clear by the big push to use this app that they are searching for ways to minimize their retail staff and go for a more digital approach. Development programs used to be very robust and led to many people being promoted within and outside of the company but now they are treated as a bullet point on a list of things to do. They are no longer as robust as they were and most leaders who are involved in them have zero interest in actually performing the duties properly to develop people.
