Pros
As an employee of 2 years at TCC (I just recently departed for a different career path. Only reason I left) I always was impressed with the organization. The owners Jim and Steve have a great sense of direction for the company and they cater to a specific niche in the technology field that they pretty much own. TCC is constantly adding new and fresh talent to their diverse workforce and they are always adding in the latest technologies and resources to remain cutting edge. Their project managers, developers and managed services team are top notch. If you like working autonomously, but also within a team, this is a great organization to join. Turnover rate is considerably low, even in the IT field and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and personal attachment to projects, goals and people. If you want to apply your best, then you have only to show up and be your best at TCC. As a company, they are flexible in meeting personal needs and situations, engaging within the local community (once a month they give time and resources back to the community), onsite produce delivery, monthly cookouts, holiday parties, located on the Monon trail and offer great health benefits. The company is not huge, but not tiny so it's a great place to prove yourself, get noticed, and advance and not be lost in the mix of hundreds of others.
Cons
Not a lot of cons. The parking lot can fill up quickly and the inside of the building can be chilly. There's very little dissension in the ranks (typically from under performers) and the environment is an overall positive one.
